Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for perishable items unless an error has been made with your order. If you believe there has been a mistake, please follow these steps:

Non-Perishable Baked Goods

For non-perishable items such as packaged cookies, breads, or other baked goods:

  • Exchanges Only if Packaging is Unopened: We accept exchanges for non-perishable baked goods only if the packaging remains in its original, unopened condition.
  • No Exchange for Opened Products: If the packaging has been opened, damaged, or altered, the exchange will not be honored.
